The Inter-Programme Expert Team on Data Representation Maintenance and
Monitoring

takes care of WMO Codes, i.e. BUFR and GRIB. The team had the second
meeting from 28 Apr to 2 May.
The final report of the meeting is available: unfortunately I was unable
to attend though.
