It says:
- two bulletin headers are discontinued (WEPA43 and WEXX22 PAAQ) and others
(WEPA41 WEXX20 WEAK51 WEXX30 WEAK53 WEXX32 SEAK71 SEUS71 SEXX60 WEPA43 and
WEXX22 PAAQ) will be sent in newer format.
