reviewing TT-ApMD2 conclusion

I's only one month before the IPET-MDRD-1 meeting.  Oh no.

I need to create input to the meeting by pushing actions identified in the TT-ApMD2 meeting last year.  As as first step, I'm reviewing the final report of the meeting
