ddb.kishou.go.jp to be decommissioned soon

As I wrote before, the website ddb.kishou.go.jp is planned to be deocmmissioned shortly, due to its migration into WIS.  Here's summary of instructions for migration:

• Equivalent GRIB messages are available at GISC Tokyo
• Model description and verification results 
• On-demand GrADS picture drawing is decommissioned; NMHSs in Asia-Pacific regions are suggested to contact JMA for more modern SWFDP
• Climate Products: all moved to Tokyo Climate Center
• RTH Tokyo operational information: moved to GISC Tokyo
